Cindy Rivera

Cindy Rivera is a Las Vegas native who started with Universal Retirement in 2020 after resigning from her position as a Clark County School District teacher. She is a licensed agent, an executive assistant to Todd Howell, and Universal Retirement’s training program coordinator. Cindy is passionate about helping others. She has enjoyed using her skills and passion for education to create Universal Retirement’s training program. This meticulously designed program allows new agents to gain a solid foundation of the industry basics to best serve their prospective clients. She emphasizes the importance and power of a relational business model. Cindy has integrated her skills set and background to assist in the fulfillment of UniRet’s mission to bridge the retirement income gap in the United States. Cindy obtained her bachelor’s degree in Neuroscience at Bowdoin College in Brunswick, Maine. Additionally, she is currently obtaining her Master’s degree in speech pathology at Nevada State University. Outside of the office, Cindy enjoys watersports, travel, cooking, and walks with her husky, Koda.
