Financial Professional

Triston Batemon

Triston began his career in the financial services industry over a decade ago he got his start as a part time teller at Wells Fargo. That career inspired him to purse this career fully, so he completed his Bachelor’s in Finance from Purdue University Global. After overcoming a life of poverty and adversity Triston understands the importance of financial security. Using his experience of working with a big bank, he uses that to improve his personal and professional finances mindset. After years of working exclusively with affluent clients, he found that his passion was helping a more diverse client base understand financial literacy and overcome the retirement epidemic. Triston now has focused on retirement planning for local families and small business owners. In his free time, he enjoys spending time with his lab, Nezuko “Nezi”, hiking, reading and you can most likely find him at Lake Tahoe during the summer weekends. What is your favorite book? That really depends on my mood, but recently I have fallen in love with the Game of Thrones series by George R.R Martin. I found the book, like everyone else, from the HBO show. What would you do if you were not in your current role? Honestly, my hobby and passion has always been computer related things. I recently started learning some programming on the side and I am excited to look for ways to integrate technology in the financial services industry.
